You Have Clear Goals

He who aims at nothing hits it every time.

What do you want your website to do for you? What constitutes a successful project?

Without the answers to these and other questions, we never know if the website is doing its job or not. If we don't know that, we've wasted your time as well as ours.

We don't want to take your money unless we KNOW we can help you.

If you don't have clear goals in mind, be prepared to work with us to define them. If you won't do that, we can't help you.

You Know Your Audience

How you talk to hip young urbanites is different from how you talk to rural housewives in their 60s.

You need to know who you're talking to and what they need to hear from you.

In any website we create, our #1 question is always, "How can we make this website generate revenue?"

The best way to make sure it does that is to make your visitors say, "Wow—it's like you read my mind!"

You HAVE an Audience

All the bells and whistles in the world won't do a bit of good if no one ever comes to your website in the first place.

If we're going to be sure that we can help you, we need to know that your new website will be seen by enough people to move the needle in your business.

If you don't have a flow of traffic yet, you need to be prepared to build one with our help.

You Have a Team

You can't do it all by yourself, and we can't work with the rugged individualist who thinks s/he can.

If you don't have a team yet, you need to be willing to build one. This might start with something as simple as a virtual assistant working for you a few hours a week.

In general, we get the best results for companies with 10 or more employees.

You Have a Proven Business Model

It doesn't have to be ultra fancy. But we do need to know that your product or service is something people will buy.

After all, if you build it and they don't come—is it because the website sucks? Or is it because the offer just isn't appealing?

So, you need to have at least a few sales under your belt.

If no one wants to buy what you're selling, nothing we do or suggest will make a difference for your business.

You Have a Marketing Budget

Building a new website is an investment. Like any investment, you want to get a positive return on it.

Doing that takes cash.

We don't cut corners, and we don't provide the cheapest solution.

We also don't work for equity in your start-up.

What we DO is provide a quality product that makes money for your company.
